Dan Fahey

Dan is a long-standing member of the Criterion, first appearing as Ralph Rackstraw in PIRATES OF PENZANCE in 2002, and in every show since as cast member, Musical Director or Assistant Director.  Dan is also know as “that guy who brings all the flowers to make the hall look so lovely”.

Rob Burley

Rob first appeared at the Criterion as a parent-roadie supporting the band for a show in the early 2000’s.  Since then he has become entwined as “that guy from the music shop who sells the tickets for shows” and who is an invaluable source of advice and equipment for sound and lighting.

Jenny Worrell

Jenny has been heavily involved with the Criterion since being part of “Pirates of Penzance´ in 2002.  Since then she has been Musical director or part of the band for many shows, including “JOSEPH” (twice) and the memorable “NUNSENSE” shows where she wore a nun’s habit while she played – an experience she has not willingly repeated.

Fran McHugh

Fran 1st appeared as a mad old lady in “A Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Forum”  in 1995, and has since cornered the market in mad old ladies who occasionally sing, reaching her peak in “Hello, Hello”.  Fran has been President a few times, Director or Musical Director at others, cast/chorus member, and now
general organiser.

Jane Burley

As co-owner of Buckley’s Music, Jane brings ideas and knowledge of the music business to our Committee. When she is not in the shop, Jane is busy as co-organiser of the Nymboida HARVEST MOON festival.  Both Jane and Rob are passionate about promoting musicians in the Clarence Valley.

Andrea Chater

With her artistic skills, Andrea produces the fabulous flyers that advertise our shows and events, while always working tirelessly in the background of many shows.

Jeff Smith

“Ice-Cream Jeff” has appeared in cameo roles in many shows since coming to Grafton, memorably as the Auctioneer in ”OKLAHOMA!”. While also busy with the Jacaranda Festival, Jeff brings marketing and organisational skills to the Criterion Committee.

Joy Ricketts

Joy is a worker who never says no to a challenge. She is responsible for the wonderful biscuits and goodies at Interval.

Samantha Willis

A new arrival in Grafton, Sam brings a youthful breath of fresh air to our Committee, full of ideas and energy.  This year she is responsible for getting the ROCKIN’ ROBINS project up and running.

Leoni Ryan

With her after-school drama classes, Leoni is responsible for the Youth Theatre Project, an exciting development for the Clarence Valley community. Leoni comes with extensive experience in theatre in Sydney.  And yes, you did see her semi-nude behind a flower pot in “CALENDAR GIRLS”.

Alice Greenleese

Alice 1st came to prominence at the Criterion as the fabulous Narrator in “JOSEPH & THE AMAZING COLOUR DREAMCOAT”  and has since come on board to help on the Committee. And you may have seen her peeking out from behind a piano in ”CALENDAR GIRLS”.
